Colonial Basket maker

Today at work I asked for thin birch strips,guess what I got? I GOT THICK OAK STRIPS!!! How can I make basket with thick oak strips if dont make the order correct I have to start over again. so then i was thirty minutes late with the order! Then i was told to make 50 baskets in 1 hour!! Then our wood striper decided that he was going to o to sleep! So I waited for thirty minutes and finally went back to stripping room and found the worker SLACKING on the job so he got fired i was sent home for the day with only 61 baskets made wich isnt exeptable!!!!!
